Our Teachers
All of our teachers are trained in Infant and Pediatric First Aid and CPR and participate in many professional development training during the year to increase their knowledge and understanding of early childhood development and related topics.
Parent teacher communication will occur in a variety of ways, including a monthly newsletter and daily activity reports. In addition, conferences with your child’s teacher are offered three times a year, or more frequently as needed. Daily activities are planned for each child based on developmental goals and objectives which are based on those outlined in the Creative Curriculum.
Our curriculum and classrooms are designed to build upon each other. The skills and abilities learned in our infant classroom carry over to our toddler classroom, while the skills and abilities learned in our toddler room help prepare and carry over to our preschool classroom.
Infant/Young Toddler Classroom
Our Infant classroom and experiences will provide your child with a loving, safe and nurturing environment in which to begin exploring their world! From reading books to tummy time, and everything in between; our infant/young toddler teachers work with your child in mastering his/her developmental milestones.
Older 1's and 2's Year Old Classroom
Our Older Toddler classroom is bursting with excitement and new adventures for your child. From exploring sensory materials and discovering nature to being introduced to circle time; there is never a dull moment in this class!
Preschool Classroom
Our Preschool classroom is filled with fun and learning as the children are being prepared for kindergarten. Children participate in circle time and learning centers, as well as outside adventures, to gain the skills necessary to make the transition from preschool to kindergarten a success!
